Welcome to Dolomiti, the exquisite and unique pleasure of the Italian cookery in Vitoria-Gasteiz

Introduction

Dolomiti was opened on August 1981 by Francisco Galdos, after hanging up his bicycle and going to Italy to learnt the traditional making of pasta and pizza.

The restaurant was entirely remodeled using superior materials such as wood, weathering steel and clay at the end of 2009. A new dining room for private events as well as a wider area of 'picoteo' was added to the restaurant.

Dolomiti is accesible for reduced mobility persons and obeys the current regulations.

Services

Dishes and pizza for celiac people.

Private dining room from Monday evening to Friday afternoon is available for up to 40 guests.

Another dining room is available for private use with a minimum of 35 and up to 50 guests for exhibitions, films, meals or company dinners, birthdays or family events...

Fresh pasta to take away is available on demand. We recommend to order 48 hours in advance.

Pizza to take away. No home delivery, collect at restaurant only.

Specialties

Fresh pasta and pizza dough is homemade.

Italian food is our specialty. However, We offer a full array of dishes on our menu.

Pizzas are cooked in a wood stove, which gives them a special flavour. We also make all kind of roasted food, grilled meat and fish of the Cantabrian Sea. The variety of our menus covers different tastes.

Menus

Daily menu from Tuesday to Friday from 13h to 15h. Price: 14€ + VAT (10%).
